Configurable Legal Placeholder NoticeThis page is a structural template for the client demonstration. In this demonstration environment, booking form entries are held only in temporary browser memory for the active session and are not transmitted to an external database or third-party processor. Prior to production launch, this template must be replaced with the operator's verified legal privacy disclosures.
1. Information Collected During Booking Requests
When connected to a live reservation system, the application collects itinerary details (pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, and optional flight information) along with passenger contact details (name, email address, and telephone number) solely to coordinate private ground transportation.
2. Demonstration Mode Data Handling
During this interactive demonstration phase, no personal data is persisted to a backend server, shared with third parties, or used for marketing communications.
3. Operator Contact Configuration
Contact channels, dispatch telephone numbers, and operating hours are displayed as configurable placeholders pending operator verification.
